Mr Dubey explained everthing very clearly including looking at my scans in great detail and was very helpful in making sure I understood what the future would hold regarding surgery and we discussed my health as it currently stands.

A very caring and reassuring doctor who explained the procedure and put my mind at ease at a very worrying time.

Mr Dubey has a very pleasant manner, explained my situation very clearly, listened well and responded relevantly. There had been two patients prior to my appointment that had unexpectedly taken longer than anticipated but the nursing assistant Elaine was very helpful and explained and apologised the for delay. When my husband and I were called in by Mr Dubey he also apologised for the length of time we had to wait and repeated the circumstances. After asking some more questions, he carried out a thorough examination then showed the MRI results and explained the course of action to be undertaken. The Brentwood Community hospital is a breath of fresh air, no parking charges, pleasant atmosphere, staff very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great for patients and all staff, a pleasure to be in hospital which is normally a daunting, scary event. Thank you Dr. Dubey you are a star. *****

Explained well the condition I had and the procedure that was going to be undertaken. Made me feel at ease with what had to be done and the risks involved. Only recomendation would be for a fact sheet to be issued to patients upon discharge with answers to frequently asked questions such as what activities can and cant be done, how driving is affected etc and what common symptoms are expected post op. Only becuase the surgeons are very busy people and it can be hard to get answers out of secreteries.
